India Abroad in Vancouver

Just like most have pointed out, the quality and flavour are good here, I would even give it close to 5 stars. One of the best curry/butter chicken and nan breads in my opinion (definitely a personal opinion as I honestly don't know what's a good authentic curry).The issue is their portion. You should not waste your money to upsize, either way you will get the same portion, but the box becomes bigger, classic technique. I honestly sometimes come here as a diet lunch option because everywhere else offers more portion than my body needs. However, it is very small, and it is very disappointing.You will have to order extra garlic nan bread to be full from their portion.

Probably the busiest place at the international food fair and the food is reasonably priced and delicious!

Tastes great but they will always leave you hungry with such tiny portions.

I've given this 5 stars because lets be realistic, it's not a restaurant, it's a food court and for a food court this is amazing. This is easily the best ready-made Indian food I have ever eaten. It was all hot, the naan was fresh out of the oven, and the rice fluffy!

Tasty food with good mix of spices.will come again.

Not enough for average person diet. "Rice and spice" is better than this and cheaper too.

Amazing food! Butter Chicken rocks! It's in a food court so the prices are just right too.

The food is excellent..... But the portions are a complete ripoff. I paid $9.50 for lunch and had to eat another lunch because I was still hungry afterwards. Throw salad on one side, spread our the rice and just this tiny little portion of lamb curry and veg curry. I want to give it 5* because it tastes so good but it's absolutely greed that holds back the actual food. Charge me more, give me more rice so I can get full, that costs what, 10 cents? Nope, let's just give this ridiculously small portion so that an adult can't even be satisfied. Avoid unless you want a snack, are a small adult that doesn't eat much or like being hungry.

I've gotten lunch here at least 100 times it's amazing.

Reasonably good food for a place located at a food court, with average prices (with a slight increase in prices from menus found online). Portions are a good size and comes with a salad on the side. Make sure you get there before 12 pm to avoid the long lineup.

Best butter chicken I've ever had. Delightfully buttery. Some naan was good, some was too tough for me. Also came with rice and some salad, which mixed excellently with the curry.As a stand in the international food court, there's not much else to say. Total for meal and a pop was $10.25 (cash and debit only).

I am giving 5 stars only because it is great value for the price. Food is delicious. Food court is a bit crowded during lunchtime. Other than that great location.

Good food

Food is very tasty and it's like a home food. This is good option for vagitarian people in abbotsford. Also people traveling from and to abbotsford airport and looking for vagitarian options can try this.We had Samosas, Chana Bhatura and Mix parathas and everything was good.

We came here at 11shhh.... ordered masala chai n Chana with samosas ..... delicious it was .... it's in the food court, kids ordered their Taco cheese salad .... lot of Asian food options in the food court but all food served in the disposable plates.... value of money 👍🏻

The butter chicken is ok but otherwise everything taste the same. It looks like the butter chicken sauce is used for all the vegetarian dishes, and the garlic naan is a bit dry and I couldn't find garlic in it.

I do not understand where the comments ‘portion is good’ come from. The portion’s ridiculous. I am a small-eater but was still left hungry after a curry chicken combo. Also very spicy. Never going back there again.

One of the better butter chickens in town. There is always a long line at lunch, but the line moves quickly and the wait is worth it.

If you're Mexican, you're going to love that they have a special spicy curry dish. The portions are good, it gives space for dessert.

All the fancy Indian restaurants I have tried this is my favorite Butter Chicken- so tasty responsible price for a full meal and lovely smiley staff :)

Food quality is really good. Chick peas are especially good, the naan is excellent and chewy, and the samosas are really tasty. Not sure what the one guy was on about regarding the small portions because the portions here are as expected. If you're worried about the ~4 ounces of meat you're gonna get not being enough, add 2 samosas for $3.50, or get the "big meat (or veggie) box" which is a couple extra bucks and basically gives you a sampler pack of everything.

Rice and veggie curry for $9. Too expensive and insufficient for average person. I have had same service in Toronto and it was overwhelmingly sufficient. Taste is okay though!

Staff was courteous, curries had authentic aroma and it was not big on pocket.

If you are starving I will not recommend you to have lunch here cause their food was just little even I didn’t eat much and I was still hungry after eating. I saw some posts shown like portion but it’s not true.

Great butter chicken

The best butter chicken in town, hands down! I see people complaining about the portion sizes. I have a big appetite and I thought the portions are great, if you're hungry then order the large size, simple as that. Great quick service too.
